From the period of 6:12 AM GMT to 10:53 AM GMT Sigma experienced internment connection issues affecting the majority of requests to the platform. Affected requests were unable to access Sigma or any related services. Engineers were notified within minutes and automated monitoring software posted updates to our status page regarding the availability of Sigma.

The issue was due to an upstream issue with our infrastructure provider relating to their control plane in their EU region. The issue has now been resolved and we'll be monitoring closely for any future reoccurrences.
